Our story

WOTILE is the direct-to-consumer brand of Shenzhen WOTILE Wall Art Decoration Co., Ltd., a peel and stick tile manufacturer founded in 2015. For more than a decade we have produced self-adhesive wall and floor surfaces for distributors, retailers and private-label programmes through our trade arm, wo-tile.com.

This store is the same factory, the same production lines and the same quality gate — sold directly to homeowners, renters and DIYers, without a wholesale minimum and without a distributor margin stacked on top. We built it because the most common question we get from trade buyers is also the most common question we get from consumers: “which tile should I actually put on my wall?” Selling direct lets us answer that properly instead of handing you a catalogue.

How our tiles are made

Every WOTILE tile is built in layers, and each layer does a specific job:

Our wall tiles run to roughly 1.0 mm (±0.05 mm). That is deliberately thicker than the paper-thin sticker tiles sold at the budget end of the market: it holds a crisp edge, bridges minor surface texture, and does not telegraph every bump in the plaster underneath. Tiles are supplied in 10-piece bags.

Quality control: three checkpoints

Quality is not a final inspection bolted onto the end of a production run. Ours is built into the process at three points:

  1. Incoming material check. Every roll of film and every batch of adhesive is checked for thickness, colour consistency and tack before it is allowed onto the line. A bad roll is cheaper to reject than a bad pallet.
  2. In-line inspection. Print registration, cutting tolerance and edge quality are monitored throughout the run — not sampled once at the end, when the whole batch is already printed.
  3. Pre-shipment sampling. Finished cartons are opened and sampled to an AQL plan. Anything that fails is reworked or rejected before it is packed for export, which is why we can offer a 30-day return window with confidence.

Certifications & compliance

Our range is CE and SGS tested and manufactured to be eco-compliant: a low-odour, no-added-formaldehyde formulation that is suitable for indoor use in kitchens and bathrooms. Product-level test reports and safety documentation are available on request for retailers, specifiers and importers — ask our team and we will send the paperwork that applies to the exact product you are buying.

Certification applies per product line. If a certification is a condition of your purchase, ask us to confirm the specific report before you order rather than assuming it covers the whole catalogue.

Who we work with

Why buy direct from the maker

Buying from the factory removes at least one distributor margin, which is how we hold retail prices while keeping the material specification identical to our trade range. The less obvious benefit is access: you are talking to the people who actually make the product, so if a tile does not suit your wall we can explain why — and tell you what to use instead. That is worth more than a discount.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where is WOTILE based and where do orders ship from?

WOTILE is a peel and stick tile brand based in Shenzhen, China. Orders are picked, packed and shipped from our Shenzhen warehouse to customers worldwide.

Does WOTILE make the tiles or resell them?

WOTILE is a direct-to-consumer tile brand. We design the range and ship factory-direct priced peel and stick tiles, including 3D wall tiles, PVC floor tiles and slat wall panels, from Shenzhen, China.

What materials are WOTILE peel and stick tiles made of?

WOTILE tiles use different cores by type: 3D wall tiles are PVC with a resin relief surface, floor tiles are flexible PVC with a wear layer, and slat wall panels are PVC/composite. All are lightweight, paintable and easy to cut.

Are the tiles waterproof?

All wall and floor tiles are waterproof and suitable for kitchens and bathrooms.

Can the tiles be removed and reused?

They are removable and renter-friendly - warm with a hairdryer and peel off. Reuse on a similar clean surface is possible, but adhesion weakens after the first application, so treat them as a semi-permanent refresh rather than reusable stickers.
